This afternoon I flew and made a few pictures. None of them appear in editor / album / photos. Before the update they were saved, but after updating they are no longer saved. The photos are stored in the SD.  Any suggestions? Thank's and best regards.

Sorry to hear that. May I know what mobile device, ios version and DJI Go 4 app you are using?

Sorry to hear that, I'm on my iOS11.4.1 7+ with v4.3.1(3196) every thing are fine both video and photo. Hope you get back to normal flight

Hello DJI Paladín,  as I mentioned in the topic, I have the problem after updating the DJI GO4 app to v4.3.1 (3196) for iOS, on iPhone 7 rev. 11.4.1

Before, in the album, there was a record of the photos and there was an option to download them. Now they do not appear in the album, only the videos appear.

The flights are normal, without any problem. Only that the photos do not appear in the album.

Any suggestions?

have you checked the SD card onboard.  Have you pulled it out and checked it via a pc or mac?  I've had this happen in the past (not on device) but when looking at the SD card, all images, videos were on the card.

Thank you Sparky for your response. Exactly, the photos and videos are on the SD card, as I mentioned at the beginning of the post. The problem is that the photos are not recorded in the DJI GO4 album. Before they were displayed and there was the option to download them from the drone. Since 4.3.1 is not possible.

Any suggestion?

This is a bug since version 4.3.0, I have the same, when disconnected from AC no photos in album, only when connected to AC I see photos in album.

Thanks colise for your answer. Apparently none of the DJI administrators were aware of this. Since the beginning of the thread (9-12) they have not responded. DJI Paladin did (# 2) but did not read (# 1)

Hi Colise, I imagine that, now that the burden of launching the new Mavic2 has passed, they will have more time to solve the pending problems of the spark.

Updated to iOS 12 and DJI GO 4.3.2, I see photos and videos in the editor on iPhone again, connected and disconnected from AC/RC. Seems it fixed for me... Does it work for you?

I’m also on iOS 12 and 4.3.2, all is good
No issues to report.

Thanks, good to hear photo album is solved for you as well.

Still on the planning to do a flight test with 4.3.2, maybe tomorow.
