Hello All, my iPhone 6 and 8 is connecting normally on Osmo+'s wifi, but I don't get any image from the camera on my iPhone.
I could control the gimbal through DJI Go app on the iPhone, but without any image.... only a black screen.
Anyone had same problem?

I'm using iPhone 6 and 8 with iOS 11.4.1 (15G77)
DJI Go version 3.1.42
OSMO+ Firmware v1.6.1.00

It was working fine last time I used, and I surprised that I couldn't use last weekend when I decided to go to the park with the kids.

What should I do?

I just bought my Osmo+ a week ago and had the same problem today. I have a Samsung S7 and I went into my phones wi-fi settings and reset my Osmo wi-fi settings again. It worked after this.

I've tried both.
I reset my wi-fi settings on iPhones and could change Osmo+ wifi settings too, and reinstalled DJI Go app. But still not seeing the image on iphone.

Any ideas?

Hi, have you tried to log out and login also from the app?

Not exactly, but I had to log in again after reinstall DJI Go app.

Tried it in two distinct iPhones (version 6 and 8) and I am getting the same output/error. It connects but with no image, only black screen. I am able to change some settings (i.e. wi-fi settings), but couldn’t start recording a video or taking pictures.

I have this issue, deleted app, re installed firmware.  tried it on an Ipad 4 and and Iphone 6s.  The unit has apparently been back to DJI (not that I can prove this ) from the company I bought it from.  Returned yesterday   still the same   Unreliable junk.  couldn't rely on it to prop a door open.

Try changing your SD card with another one. I realized that part of my issue was because one specific SD card.
