Latest Go4 version, latest firmware on AC.

Hi, I assumed you already uninstalled and reinstalled the app? Do you have any device that we can try to download the DJI Go 4 App?

Mini 4 works fine for me

My iPad mini 4 doesn’t work using th USB cable from the bottom of the RC however using the side connection it works but that side cable is too short. Anyone else have this problem?

Check or replace your cable. I have no issues using the bottom or the RC connector

Did you remove the cable on the side before attempting to connect your iPad Mini to the bottom USB port? The bottom USB port will not work if a cable is inserted in the side.

And nothing needs to be connected to the cable. Seems weird that just a cable with nothing connected would cause an issue, but it does.

No i think it was still plugged in. I will give this a go. Thank you.
