Hi,

Is it a bad habit to charge the batteries in case you will need the drone?
Since batteries discharge after 10 days, you will need to charge them again ... will this do any harm?

thanks

The batteries won't last as long if you attempt to always keep them fully charged. It would be better to only fully charge them when you're going to use them and maintain them like this.

Hello. I appreciate your time bringing this query to us. I suggest you to only fully charge your batteries when you're going to use them to avoid any issues. Thanks.

not a terrible habit, but not a great habit.  personally,i wouldnt for a few reasons:

1. if it discharges to its storage capacity of 45-55% then you charge it up it can count as 1/2 a charge cycle every time you do that which mean wearing the battery out not even using it..

2. tons of different types of lithium batteries..  even within similar categories..  all chemically engineered for a very specific use...  these drone batteries are built for abusive currents, not built to sit at 100% for weeks on end waiting to be used...  they will fail more rapidly if they cant discharge as designed..

Set your discharge to 3 days then fully recharge to 100% within 24 hours of flying again.

Mavic Air batteries are hard-coded to start auto discharging after 10 days.

The best habit is to totally fly each one of your batteries once a week. Cycle through it and recharge.

Yes, I think it's a setting they just need to expose in DJI GO (if they want to).

Yeah I forgot about that - same as the Spark. Best to just discharge them using the power bank adaptor then
