Another country, a different culture, different norms and values. I have learned that everyone sees it from his own perspective.

Commiserations for your incident. You might want to modify the title of your post, it contains offensive language. And it was fortunate that the drone didn't fall onto the people below it.

Rubbish! That language is not acceptable in any decent culture and flying so close to children is not a cultural trhing, it is simply dangerous.

There is no difference in anyone in this world, except culture. Culture dictates how we perceive and value things. I never use that word, ever. In other cultures it is not so offensive. I know, I could use some words that mean nothing to me, but I could get a Jamaican fighting mad. In the Balkan's they call their girlfriends something that would be real offensive to most women. Many Americans traveling say," we don't do it that way in America". Most other countries then say, "Go back to America then."  I don't mind correcting someone. Many times they need to understand how others feel. But without the attitude.
