As for your other question, here are the steps:
1. Open a new thread.
2. Write what you want to write.
3. Click on the "Picture" icon and a new smaller window will pop up.
4. There click on "Upload File". Explorer window will open to let you choose the file(s). You can select one or several pictures at the same time. Click OK.
5. Once the picture(s) are uploaded, click on the "Confirm" button. The tricky thing thereafter is that you will see nothing added to your post, but the picture(s) is/are there.
6. Click on the big "Submit" button of the new thread window.
