Hi. I have 2 drones mavic 2 pro and zoom. I used to video and pictures alot and want to download it and save to device ipad mini 4 but cannot. Anyone know how to use? Normal phantom 4 pro and mavic pro can download and save it to ipad device.

Hi. Thank you for reaching DJI Forum. For you to save the videos and pictures in your iPad, you have to make sure your aircraft, remote and app is open for you to access the playback. After you tap the playback, that's the time that you'll be having an option to save the files to your iPad.
