Hi, Couple of days ago I have posted a thred where i had a shaky camera:

I have contacted DJI and sent them my spark. I have to say that the service was super quick, they have received the drone in Netherlands on 12/09 and I got it back in UK 17/09, many thanks to the team as I was bit worried that it might take a long time (I'm going to holiday 28/09 and was worried I won't get my drone back).

So they have replaced the drone with new (refurbished) one, and I did some testing today and unfortunately I have impression that footage is still shaky and not so sharp on the edges. It mainly happens when I descend in a sports mode.

Can anybody record a footage when descending and see if this happens?
DJI, can you please have a look and tell if it's normal?

Is it coincidence or it's me doing something wrong?

Wow! Indeed I agree you have an issue with the camera stabilization. It seems there is a little wind where you are but it should not create this shaky image at all...

I will try to upload a video if it's not too big on youtube with up and down record.

Yes, there was a little wind but I have recorded a lot of videos while descending and all of them were shaky, even with small wind.

I am worried about lack of sharpness too :/

Hmm, it's not shaky at alll however i have found a video from our forum friend and it's just a bit shaky when descending (starts at 2:58), but it is not even close to what is happening to me.

And when you descend in normal mode? You still got the shakyness?

I'mnot 100% sure because I haven't recorded a video in normal mode but as I can remember I could see shakiness on my phone even when descending in normal mode. I will test tomorrow with better light, hopefully better wind conditions and in normal mode too

Hi Bart, we are so sorry to know the drone still doesn't work well from the repair center, please try to avoid flying the windy day, could you please upload the original footage to Dropbox or Google Drive and post the link here for further analysis?

I also think that the camera is blurry on the left side, you can see it on this video. I have left spark on the bench and just rotating it and comparing middle of the screen to the left side:

Hi Bart. Thanks for providing these videos. I understand that you need this craft by tomorrow, 28/09. I would recommend to Restore and Refresh the Firmware of the craft using Assistant 2 or you may try using a different compatible SD card to see if we could possible rectify the issue remotely.

If those 2 didn't help, we might need to create an Escalated Case to ship the unit back to our facility for further assessment. Please keep us posted on the latest progress so we'll know what would be our next steps. Thanks for the support.
