A few months ago after I fly my photos and video are automatically downloaded to my iPhone or iPad whichever I’m using. Now only the videos are downloaded.  What has changed.

Hi Wanda:  I am using the Mavic Pro Platinum, but it also happens with the Inspire 1 Pro.  The last time my  pictures were recorded on the dji go 4 was on Aug 17, 2018

Like I said, the video is on my phone but no pictures.  Everything is on the sd card so thats not a problem.  Would be nice to have both vid and images on phone.

I see. Did you try to reinstall the app? Please make sure that the version will be v4.3.2.
