I've been trying to sync my DJI Go records to the cloud for 45 minutes now.
I've rebooted my iPad, no luck.I've cleared video cache, no luck.
I've changed two two different internet connections, no luck.
My iPad has a solid internet connection and I've been doing other stuff on internet.

Is DJI cloud server down? Anyone else having an issue right now?

Sorry to here you have a problem syncing to the DJI clouds. I have done the same trouble shooting you have done.
It happens off and on to me. Most of the guys on the forum say be patient and it will be OK the next day and I find that they are right. Just a glitch with the server.
Hopefully that is your problem and it will be working for you  later on.

It's "kind of" working now... Airdata UAV now shows it on their site and now the little cloud icon shows up next to the flight in the DJI Go Sync part of the app; however it still says 'failed sync'.

Having same issue with iPhone 7, iOS 11.4.1 and iPad 6th Gen iOS 12.0. Any updates?

Log out of your DJI account then log back in - then synch to the cloud. If that fails wait 24 hours and try again.

Nope, same thing. I can reinstall but it's happening on two devices as of just recently. Gets quickly to around 80 - 83% then slows down and eventually throws the error. It does look like it is actually synching though.

Must be the server as others have said - give it a day or two.

I also get sync failed, but small cloud shows up in right hand corner and flight mileage shows up.

Yep, same here.

Even though it says sync failed.
IF YOU CHECK, THEN IN REALITY THE RECORDS DID UPDATE SUCCESSFULLY,
it’s a bug in the software that instead of sync completed says sync failed and nothing else!
Compare the distance flown in records and here on the forum, they are the same + next to flight records, you will see a white little cloud next to them,
Which means that it’s in the cloud synchronized successfully.
So it’s nothing to worry about people

Right. Still would like it fixed though

I just double checked by updating the records on the phone also.
The last time I updated the records on the phone is like 2 months ago.
It all worked correctly, it’s all updated like it is on my iPad.
So it is working. It’s just a software glitch with the end wording.
