IOS 12.0 and sync of flight records

When I try to sync my flight records to the cloud using my iPad and IOS 12.0 it keeps failing to sync .

Although it says failed, if you check then you will see that the records did update after all.
Check your distance on the logs and here on the forum, they’re the same.

It won’t let me upload my screenshot.  It says larger than 100mb.

The records do update even that it says update failed!!!
Compare your distance here on the forum and in the records, they’re the same!!!
Mine also always says update failed but it does update.
I think it’s just a little bug in the software.

Alex, It looks like the records were indeed updated but I don’t know if they’re complete or not.  Makes me sorry that I upgraded to IOS 12.

Mine finally synced on the iPhone 8+ after trying numerous times.  No issues on my Samsung tablet also.  You just have to keep trying, as Alex pointed out, the data is actually there.  Bound to be some lumps and bumps with the new OS, and the latest Go.  I like 12, its made my old iPhone 5s snappy too.  Dont give up!

I’m having exactly the same problem, it’s either a bug in the Go App or the IOS 12 update, no problems before I updated the Go App and IOS software on the phone.

Just tried my iPad Air 2 which was recently updated to IOS 12, and after flying this morning the Flight Records synchronized with no problems!!

I didn't have the problem before updating my DJI GO 4 app and updating to IOS 12 either.  I posted in the Facebook Spark support group and 1 person said he updated to IOS 12 but not the DJI app.  He can sync with no problem.

The only time that happened with me is when my FW on my iPhone was out of date but I see you're on IOS12 so I have no idea. May be an issue with DJI servers. Try again over another wifi connection or cellular (if you have that on your iPad). I updated a few days ago on my iPad with no probs.

Yeah, it should work. May be it is at DJI's end so best to try later. Don't delete/reinstall the app or you'll lose any records that have not been synched.

A CW, I updated the firmware on my iPhone X and both my iPad Air and iPad Mini 4 on Thursday night to IOS 12.0.  Now I can’t upload screenshots.  Had to upload the screenshot from an iPod with older DJI GO 4 software and older IOS software.

UPDATE!!!
Even though it says sync failed in reality the update is successful.
I double checked yesterday by updating my second device that wasn’t updated in ages,
And everything updated correctly as it is on my iPad.
You can check yourselves by comparing the distance flown on the forum and in records, also there’s a little white cloud next to the records, which means that they are in the Cleo d and updated successfully.
It’s just a bug in the app with the end wording, nothing else, this time that is

I have the same issue on iOS, but its fine on Android....  (that crowd is silently cheering i bet   )  The records go up, but it takes numerous tries before I get success on the iPhone.  Its gotta be Go...., as It happened before the 12 update.
