So, I crashed my Mavic AGAIN, silly me, I really should be more careful with my stuff. Anyways, I was filling out a repair request, but it seems like I’ve made a duplicate repair request, with one of them being the DJI care express, I just went through the normal procedures for a repair, and I’m glad to say everything went smoothly and my drone is being shipped right now! But still, I don’t feel comfortable with that duplicate repair form awaiting my action, so I need a way to cancel it, does anyone know how?
