Hi I’m trying to use my CrystalSky with my M210 using dual gimbal set up or just with my XT camera. So I know I need to use the Pilot app. However when I try and launch it, it just says “loading” with the spinning blue circle. Yes I’m connected to the internet as I can use the browesr to navigate to websites.

Hi Richard, may I know what's the current version of the APP and which mobile device do you use? Please try to reinstall the APP to check whether the issue remains.
