Yes, you always have to keep the maximum allowed altitude to your country’s limit, in your case it’s 90 meters  in my case it’s 120 meters and in a case in Russia - no limit!!!  but I always fly responsible in Russia also, no matter if there aren’t any limiting laws in place yet.
And in this case I was always flying over the mountain, so I didn’t break the rule,
It’s a completely different case if I would have flown over the buildings in the distance,

Makes sense and a logical answer. 500m is way to dangerous, imagine if it falls from that height, mashed drone for dinner. Thanks anyway
