Hi Gazza, the correct serial number should be 0ASDE7F1B10102, the first character is the number 0 instead or the letter O. The warranty period for a product starts on the day such product is delivered, please get the proof of purchase from the previous owner, this serial number has no DJI Care record, you can purchase DJI Care Refresh for it.

Thanks Mindy I bought it refurbished from a company does the care refresh package cover me for loss of drone if not my fault but a drone error
