He sure is - but he was "borrowing" Sparky Two which has one DJI Care Refresh exchange on it
Sparky One enters the DJI Care Refresh + policy October 2nd.

He is off on his 2nd leg of his visit before he goes on a world tour with the Navy and return sometime August 2019.

He did ask about all the options to buy so he is set to get one...but who knows what will be out in 2019???

my second consisted of going 5m high and away 5m...
