I have been trying to sync since Sunday 23rd September and every time the App reaches 100% it then shows a message 'Sync Failed. Retry'.  This happens for a full sync and also the last 1 month.

Usually this issue seems to rectify itself with 24 hours.

I have tried:

• Logging out of Go4 and and back in again
• Logging out of Go4, rebooting the device then loggin back in again
• Wifi and cell connection
  

Any DJI staffer able to confirm whether the servers are down?

dronesondemand how many flights have you synched already? I had a similar issue, delete some flights from the Go app and then uploaded new flights without a problem. No idea why it worked but there you go.
If you have it, what was last flight recorded in airdata  (https://airdata.com)

Try updating DJI Go 4 to V4.3.3 this seems to have resolved the problem for some.

Our apologies for the inconvenience. May I know the current version of you DJI Go 4 App and mobile device your are using?

I think they've been having problems with their servers lately.

It's 4.3.2 on iOS 11.4.1
