Just because someone is an A-hole doesn't mean you can take money from them.  and that is effectively what you would be doing by disabling their drones.  But I'm all about serving them a steaming hot cup of STFU.

Personnel attacks are not jokes and joking about people that causes hurt is not welcome to anyone even me. Yes it is nice to joke but when it becomes personal then the fun is gone. There is a limit to what can be said and how it can be said especially in public forums like these hence the moderation needs to be strict.  We all need to know when to draw the line and not make racial, hurtful, derogatory comments to anyone

I think it would take more workers to manage the forum this way. It would be benificial to the forum, but cost money that DJI is probably not willing to spend.
