Has anyone encountered a "Battery Error" message before?Mid way through my flight tonight, I noticed that the Spark LED's were flashing Red, a quick look on my screen showed that the "Battery Bar" at the top of the DJI App was showing an error message and was highlighted in red...
Prior to the message, the flight was fairly normal, took off in the green with GPS lock and battery at 98%.
Switched between normal and Tripod mode to take a couple of photos, lost signal briefly but took control once teh Spark was decending and signal aquired again...
Screen shots taken whilst hovering at about 40 metres so that I could remove my iphone from the controller to screengrab.
Battery looks okay from a quick visual inspection.

Hi there, thank you for reaching out and we're very sorry for the Inconvenience that you have faced. Regarding that I would suggest give a try to discharge the battery until 5% then charge it again to fully charge and give a try to use it.

Thank you, is there a best way to discharge the batter? Is it acceptable to turn on spark with the battery attached indoors and let it run down?

Not that i had this problem, but did you do a simple check if all the small contacts are clear for small scrap ? I mean a small piece of an old paper living in your pocket for years, can give a problem when residu of that gets in one of the contacts...

Thanks I've just taken the battery off the Spark to check and nothing immediately visible at all.

Also, remove the battery and put it back on and off a few times. This would help clean the contacts. The spark draws a few amps in flight and a slightly bad contact will mess up things.
