What is the actual process of unlocking the drone to fly in an authorization zone.

Specifically:
- is this done in the DJI go app, or on a laptop or phone?
-  is an internet connection required to unlock limitations in an authorization zone.

I've never had to do this before, so any help is much appreciated.

Often, answers to questions like this can be found with the search function, the icon of which is located in the upper right corner of your screen.

The unlock can be done on your desktop or your mobile device, but it may be complicated or impossible depending on the specific situation.  

Yes you do need the internet.

If your location would be restricted then there will be a restriction error on the DJI GO 4 or DJI GO app, however, you can visit our website to unlock the restricted area using the link.
