My DJI OSMO Battery Is Not Getting Charged

When I Insert The Battery and Plug it the green light is getting on and stable like the battery is almost full.


and when i insert it in the device the battery is just the same before i put it for charge.


and there is no red light showing on the charger

I checked both the battery and the charger with Multimeter and the readings were ok as shown in the video of DJI .


please do suggest me a solution for this problem
