1. Check whether the user switches to the required channel after selecting the frequency band.
2. Check whether an OTG cable is used. If yes, the frequency band cannot be switched.
3. Check whether the mobile device supports the 5.8 GHz.
4. Check whether 5.8 GHz is supported in the area where the aircraft is flying.
5. Check whether the user taps "OK" on the "Switch Wi-Fi settings" prompt. |
