Flying the little bird this morning and had nothing but issues with transmission errors. I had the otg cable plugged in and antenna boosters yet still lost transmission. Not a built up area. Flying using iPhone X. Anyone else having this problem?

Iphone x has had some issues, i believe they resolved..did you try reboot phone and spark, or another location... I use iphone 6 no issues

1. Check whether the user switches to the required channel after selecting the frequency band.
2. Check whether an OTG cable is used. If yes, the frequency band cannot be switched.
3. Check whether the mobile device supports the 5.8 GHz.
4. Check whether 5.8 GHz is supported in the area where the aircraft is flying.
5. Check whether the user taps "OK" on the "Switch Wi-Fi settings" prompt.
