Hi All,

Has anyone had this issue where their Mavic is flying a little angled?
This was in sports mode and not sure how to level it.  I've posted an image below.

Any advice would be great?

Thanks!

Hi. We apologize for the inconvenience. Did you try to calibrate the gimbal?

Make sure the Mavic is level when you calibrate the gimbal.

Only in heavy winds - ensure to take off from level ground.

Hi,

Yes, I've done that a number of times.

I see. Is it showing only if it's under sports mode? Did you try to fly in a different location that's less windy?

Not windy. I even stopped it and flew it back to me and the whole craft was angled as it was flying back...

I see. If that's the case, we highly suggest to send it to our repair center to have it check.

Also it may have been in sports mode when this was happening...

I will do some tests tomorrow.

You may create a repair request online: https://repair.dji.com. The turn around time for repair is approximately 5-6 business days upon receiving the drone.

Hi,

Yes, I've done that a number of times.

Sorry to hear you have a problem with the Gimbal tilt.
After you did a Gimbal calibration did you also try adjusting the Gimbal roll?
If not here is an excellent video on leveling out the horizon.
