Hi folks,

I can get an image on my iPhone screen when using the Osmo +, and things work normally. But when I connect the Z-axis arm, I get no image on the phone, and it won't record. I've tried re-installing the app, re-installing the wifi, using different memory cards, re-flashing the firmware, doing updates, etc. In short, everything I can think of. But still I get a grey screen with the Z-axis arm. The z-axis arm has never worked. Any suggestions would be gratefully received!

It's a Zenmuse X3 zoom.

Yes, I tried a different mobile device and got the same problem.

I see. If that's the case, we highly recommend having it replaced.
