Task library allows you to save flight paths so you can capture the same scene at different times. When it will be available for mavic 2?

Hi Wanda and almost all DJI admins,

Constantly asking your paying customers to be patient, coming back to check etc etc is just asking for customers becoming upset/frustrated and become less patient.
The proper way of response would be, "let me check" and a day later "we ESTIMATE.../our CURRENT plan is to..."
If you would decide to show a high level roadmap showing your current plans all this would be resolved. And a roadmap CAN and is LIKELY to change. I simply don't get why you are not doing that?

And, while I am at it, please please stop with the canned replies for all types of errors. Better you have a DO THIS FIRST list on top of each category.

Just my 2 cents.....

it is precisely this kind of replies that make official DJI staff dont bother replying to anything.

This is a Chinese company, you aren't going to get any of the things that companies that understand customer service provide. I'm not even entirely convinced that the admins are anything but forum bots; they respond very quickly and the responses very rarely have any correlation to the OP.

^^^ what he said.
I've noticed that when people post a video with some wording regarding their flight, there is almost always an immediate canned response.
I wondered what would happen if you posted a porn clip with a description of "that" flight. It might be funny to see the canned response.
Course you'd probably get a ban once they caught on

I respectfully disagree with you. I assume it is their job, (also assuming they are not bots) to monitor and reply to this forum. In my world listening to customers and learning from mistakes are essential to improve. Only listening when getting positive comments gives a false reality.
To me, a canned reply stating "we have forwarded this to development, please be patient" followed by absolute silence has absolutely no value what so ever.
My post included what I believe, would be a pretty simple (and commonly used) way to help resolve that lack of communication.
Keep in mind the North American drone market is close to 50% of the global sales, and almost 25% in EMEA. And DJI have around 50-75% market share in the $500-2000 price range. So no matter where the HQ is based, pure logic tells, you have to listen/adopt to your customers if to survive in the long run.
