View 1 - Camera pointed at the Arch as a Point of Interest.
View 2 - Camera in a fixed position pointing at the shore line. (Drone speed was faster too)

Nice shots of my neck of the woods...  wasn’t aware you could fly that close to the arch legally.  Guess I need to make a run over to Illinois.

I was on the Illinois side of the river, not that close to the Arch at all. Also, there's a helicopter tour landing pad on the Missouri side of the river. It closes at night. You may not want to fly when those 2 helos are in operation during the day as they fly pretty low on the riverfront.

There's an access road along the Illinois side of the river. I just parked outside the Arch viewing area.

Google Map this for the location: Mississippi River Overlook, East St. Louis, IL.  The best and safest way to get there is to follow directions to get to the Casino Queen. When you hit the roundabout in front of it, keep going straight and hang a left at the stop sign.

I've attached my Litchi map as well.

P.S. - The DJI Fly Safe GEO ZONE MAP shows that there is a warning zone from the helo pad on the Missouri side but it does not cross over to the IL side.
