I am in a flyaway case that has been going on for months.
My case moved from 'regular support' to 'special cases' (or at least that's what I was told) and I was given an email address: serviceacctrec.us@dji.com to submit additional material.
It's almost a month now+3 followups and no one responds. You support in China couldn't even find this email address in their system.
Please advise...
