Our apologies for the inconvenience. Did you receive an error message? If yes, kindly provide a screenshot. You can restore the setting to factory defaults and refresh the firmware using DJI Assistant 2. You can download the software here: https://www.dji.com/mavic-air/info#downloads and follow the video tutorial below. If it is convenient for you, kindly provide a short video showing the issue so that I can check it on my end. You can use google-drive or Dropbox and provide the link here.

i didn't update yet. but all my friends are telling not to update. coz, they are in trouble of errors

I understand. May I know if the drone experience crash before? Have you calibrated the gimbal already? Please provide a short video of the issue so that I can check it on my end. Thanks for your support.

actually my MA, with .400 it has no problem. i can travel a distance of 3KM easily. and achieve 450M height without a problem. so im afraid to update
