I have adjusted my gimbal by placing it on a flat surface, everything the manual says to do. But when every I take off for a photo shoot I have to re-adjust the gimbal horizontal axis. Anyone else experience this?

Hi there, we're sorry for the inconvenience caused. Just want to clarify, have you tried to calibrate the gimbal of your Mavic 2 Pro? If yes, can you please try to refresh the firmware of you drone via DJI Assistant 2? Please keep us posted about this matter. Thank you.

I don't seem to have a cord that fits into my mavic? The guys at the DJI store calibrated it for me.

Hi, may I know where did you purchase your Mavic 2 Pro? There should be a USB cable indicated in the package.

Thanks, I found my cord and calibrated the drone and also the gimbal.
