When i turn on my MA 9/10 a gimbal overloaded message appers the last 5 days. Has anyone else the same problem . I have the same message 3 times before three months but i have more than 50 flights without any gimbal message

I take it you don,t have any filters on?
I had one gimbal overload error message after updating to 0.500, but it seems as if the issue resolved itself.

i do not know how mavic air filters fit on but with my mavic pro if i do not put the filters on absolute properly then one edge will protrude too far - enough to brush against the gibal causing motor overload message. i remove my filter and put it back carefully and properly and it works again -

I have no filters on .The green is the reflection of the front lights on the surface on which i have it on

Can you move the gimball by hand in all 3 directions? Perhaps something (dust/sand) got stuck inside. Had similar issue, after moving the gimball around by hand a few times something moved "out of the way" and the error was solved for me.

No crash no hard landings already done the recalibration.First message came up on 10th flight i send also a report from the app but never got an answer. I resend last friday a new report with screen shot but no answer again . It is really pitty that i gave 1150€ for a toy that didn't flight more than 50 times

Reclaimer i will give i try on your suggestion before i start losing money with dji support

Only time I saw that message, I left the protective cap on, so the gimbal could not perform any proper movement...
