So im Trying to update my new M2pro but it constantly says failed no connecion try restarting device, but it does have one a connection? Nothing works, not downloading via wifi or 4g.. The controller updated finejust not the aircraft !! help

I would recommend you doing it with DJI Assistant 2 for Mavic 2: https://www.dji.com/mavic-2/info#downloads
You need to update the Mavic, the RC and all batteries as well as Fly Safe Databases.

Are you using the DJI Go  App or or DJI Assistant  on your computer , the assistant works better.

I have just activated my MP2 using DJI assistant 2, it took longer than I expected.  Try updating using using a PC or MAC DJI Assistant 2 as the WIFI option may not be as reliable due to interference. Hope this helps.

Does assistant 2 work for both Mavics? I downloaded the software for the original Mavic. Do you have to download another version for the Mavic 2?

I tried the DJI GO4 update once. I have never bothered again as I found the updates to be more reliable using the assistant 2. Glad to hear it worked for you.
