I'm having difficulty trying to reduce the storage usage incurred by DJI GO app in my iPhone 8+.
I deleted all the Videos/photos.
I also went to the Me page and clicked on the Gear icon on the top right hand corner and cleared out all the cache usage to zero.
I even reboot the phone after to make sure all stats are updated.


But, alas, the storage used by DJI GO is still  7.94GB.


What's going on?
Are you guys seeing the same thing? How do you reduce storage usage?

Hi DJ_Fan, thank you for reaching DJI Forum. I would recommend you connect your iPhone with PC and use iTune to delete the files, go to \DJI Go \Documents (DJI Go APP). There will be a lot folders, you may refer for the information below :

Academy: stores documents downloaded from Academy.

Export Works: stores videos edited with Editor.

Flight Records: stores flight records.

Video Cache: stores cache video and original videos downloaded with the app.

Would deleting these from iTune erase my settings for the Osmo mobile2?

When I hooked up my iPhone to iTune, the storage usage is small:

Furthermore, I cannot delete files from my iPhone from iTunes.

The storage usage is still 7.9GB
