Hello,

I am flying a M600 (A3 flight controller) with a Ronin MX and camera. Missions are planned on Ground Station Pro and flights are flown with preconfigured waypoints in a grid pattern to map the ground below the drone.

Occasionally we have had a glitch with the autopilot where immediately after takeoff, the M600 will not climb above 1-2 meters, the landing gear will retract and the drone will begin to  drift away from its start position in a widening spiraling motion that gets progressively worse.
This spiraling drifting motion is dangerous and can only be stopped by switching to manual control and landing the M600 manually since the automated flight will not start and the drone will not climb to it's flight altitude.
Previously we have observed this spiraling motion as the M600 takes off and climbs to it's flight altitude and it has happened for all flights recently, however it has not been an issue because it stops as soon as it gets to its flight altitude and the flight begins normally and continues normally till the end.

The glitch was previously solved by restarting the drone and reloading or making a new mission on GSPro. On the most recent occasion, 3 attempts were made to load a new mission and fly the drone. Each attempt resulted in the same lack of climbing to altitude and wild, out of control spiraling of the aircraft. Manual control was used to regain control of the M600 and land it safely. On the last attempt with a new flight plan uploaded, the M600 started spiraling and was unresponsive to manual corrections and flew into an embankment while spiraling out of control resulting in a broken Ronin MX gimbal, broken propellers and a cracked motor arm.

We have tried magnetometer calibration to check if it would fix the issue - it did not.
There are no issues shown in the pre flight check and there are plenty of satelites available and good GPS signal
The DJI is not overloaded and all the motors work well. In manual control it has no issue climbing and flies as expected.

Has anyone encountered an error with the Autopilot like this where it does not climb to flight altitude, seems unable to hold a position and spirals out of control?

Can an RMA or check up be initiated by DJI to evaluate the M600 and check if the Flight controller is faulty and repair the damage?

Thanks!
