When will the updated app become available for android users?  There hasn't been a new version for download or update via google play for many weeks now.

Yea, I would like to see a new version soon.....about to buy a samsung tab 4 tablet and would like to have a newer version to install in it

Android 1.1.0 still have major bugs, not allowing a safe rely on the tablet.
waiting anxiously a new release.

I know we can't have an exact date ahead of time but It would be nice if DJI put some kind of progress update/news section on their site telling when new firmwares and app updates are coming or are in progress.

+1 from me...  us Android users are feeling left out now

Maybe DJI is trying to encourage Apple sales? lol

I am using a Tab 4 with ZERO issues....Not one disconnect as of yet. Still on 1.1.8 FW.

What?  Android latest pilot app is only 1.1.0 We need a later version to fix the bugs.
What's with the 1.1.8FW....I thought you always had to be running the latest firmware?

On Android?

Stick with 1.0.11; that 1.1.0 is a Joke!
- Breaks your flight logs.
- Removes all support for voice feedback and all sounds from Mobile device.
- features removed.
- Does not have disconnect issues while using FW 1.9.. (1.1.0 does)

1.0.11 is flawless in terms of supporting controls while in flight.
No Director featured in mainscreen and no dropdown box to select phantom while in the "support" page of the app but all that is aesthetic as it doesn't improve the purpose of the app which is Flight Control and in flight visual feedback.

Yeah. I'm on older firmware. Using current 1.1.0 app from DJI. I am having no problems with a tab 4 10.1 screen. No disconnects. I just haven't upgraded firmware yet cause it wasn't broken for me. It scares me to "fix"stuff sometimes that doesn't seem to need it
