Hi,
I have just got a new Spark Combo.
I am using a Samsung Galaxy tab A with Android version 5.1.1
All works OK except that I do not see Video or an Image on the tablet.
It does record video to the SD card and also it records Picrures.
Everything else works OK.
Any Ideas as to solution.

Hi there, our apologies for the inconvenience. May I know if you are using an otg cable to connect your tablet to the remote controller? Do you have a different device that you can try so that we can isolate the issue? You can back up your files and sync your flight records and then reinstall the APP.

Hi,
No to using a OTG cable.

The DJI Go4 App is version 4.3.2 (666-googlePlay)

Try at first an older go4 version
Apkmirror go4 4.1.15

and no I do not have another Tablet

You need to downgrade your app version to 4.1.15 and you will have live view.
First uninstall DJI go4
Then download version 4.1.15 from apkmirror
Enable installation from unknown sources on the device
Disable auto updates of the apps in play market
And make sure to never update the app again on that device, it’s not necessary for spark anyway

Hi, thanks for your response. Did you reinstall the APP already? May I know what is the current firmware? If the phone or tablet is not listed as a compatible device for your drone, it is still possible that it will work fine. However, we are unable to ensure if you can use all the features and functionality of the app. You can refer on the recommended devices below. Try closing all background apps on your tablet and make sure only DJI Go4 app is running on your device.
