When I connect my OTG cable from my remote to my android tablet, it does not work. So far I have bought two OTg cables; one from amazon and one from the dji store. They both don't work. The lag is so bad on my andoid tablet so I was hoping to fix it with an otg cable. The cable I am using in the youtube video is from the link I posted (    https://store.dji.com/product/dj ... Hi Jacob,

Did you power and connect in the proper sequence:
Power AC first,
Power RC second & wait for green led
Connect OTG cable to RC
Power tablet, start DJI GO4
Connect USB end to the tablet (airplane mode)
You should then get the fly now

PS what version of Android OS do you have?

Hi there, our apologies for the inconvenience. Kindly provide  what exact  model of tablet, android version, DJI Go 4 app and firmware version you are using? Please make sure that your firmware is updated.  You can also back up your files and sync your flight records and  reinstall the app.

My Tablet Model is a Galaxy Tab S2     
                                      Version 7.0

I am using the latest version of Dji Go 4 firmware and I reinstalled the app and the same thing happened. I also did what ssylca44 said to do but I got the same result.

Had the same issue. You need to enable developer options and usb debugging.

Try turning cable the other way, it most likely also have a host and slave end

I am not using the otg cable the wrong way. And I will see about enabling developer options and usb debugging.

There isn't a see or not, if the device is not otg able upon start up, you will have to go in and enable or change the setting for when the device is using the usb for more than charging.
It's an older model device also, updates and android versions change things all the time. Odds are you will have to pick what happens when you plug the otg in, then your device will remember it in the future.

Just a quick tip, be sure to turn off your wifi! Sometimes the drone connects to your tablet before recognizing the OTG cable, which may be causing the lag!

Try it the old way:
Downgrade your Go4 to 4.1.15 (apk mirror)

Delete the RC wifi from phone  or make 100% sure, your wifi is switched off
Plug in FIRST the Phone side
Have the RC started up, LED steady red (B/c Spark not connected/started)
Plug in the adapterside into the RC

Is the phone asking steady which app to open?

If not: GET ANOTHER ADAPTER for a second test

If that doesn't work, 4.1.15, other cable, phone gets charged by the RC, your tab might not be able to handle it.
