I was just trying it out. Unfortunately it's the same problem.

IntrepidDrone ... I assume you don't run with insurance?  I ask since I have been using Droneinsurance.com and it would have covered that ... or so they say.   VS DJI Care refresh that requires a carcass.

Hi mate, I had public Liability and Dji Care Refresh so no luck I'm afraid. I am currently trying under a travel policy I had so fingers crossed. Thanks for the heads up on that site

I checked assistnt last week but was not there, just received an email from DJI so hoping they have added me to the list.

Within 24 hours will show up as normal update after email confirmation....

Thanks, couldnt see it in the assistant but the app was asking for it to be upgraded so went through the go 4 app. seems very stable.. no issues on my first flight, was only taking stills.

Unfortunately I still have the problem that the gimbal with the X5s on the nick axis is still running, so it doesn't stop at the point. Everything that can be calibrated I did, nothing helped.

Same problem too  also horizontally, I2 with FW .300 X5S 15mm lens, for the rest firewere very good, stability better than the .200

Sooooo did the Go 4 4.3.4 fix the beta issues?

Anybody running beta receiving a FW update request?

I’m still very skeptical in .300
Not only the camera yaw control issue, which is bearable but absurd to have.  

But I have had the aircraft fly forward with stick input and point the camera forward only to hook the left in flight.  

Compass and everything was normal and no errors.  

So not sure what to do about the .300

So I received a message from DJI to uptade my bird with the official .300 firmware, what I did. My bird seems to be better than the bêta one.
No toilet bowl for the first flight. Waiting for new test tomorrow.

Hi there, please update to the officially released firmware on 2018.11.16 via DJI Assistant 2, it has optimized more issues, thank you.

If the issue persists, it is recommended to send in the drone to the official repair center for a thorough evaluation.

Looks like either something is wrong with the hardware or that parachute system is interfering with it somehow.

The above is your only options provided all your cal are done and were correct

I remain convinced that the system parachute interferes during the calibration of the compass

what is the impact of a capacitor near the compass or GPS

So you "Optimized" more things, but left the same firmware version number?  How do you manage to keep track of what the "latest" firmware really us?

Normal software development in any methodology says to increment the firmware whenever changes are made.  Its not right to have a beta for .300 where the public release is different then the beta for the same firmware version.  DJI should have incremented it to .301 so we KNOW its different and updates in some way.

What were these additional optimizations?

Hi FanOfFlight, the beta is only available for 300 testers, our engineers have received many feedback and the official firmware has also optimized them, the optimization can be checked in the release notes. We are sorry for the confusion of the version number, I will transfer it to our engineers for attention in the future upgrade. Thanks for your suggestion.

You do have installed the arachute system in the drone right? Please note we never recommend customers to assemble anything in the drone, did you test it without mounting anything?

Bird coming from my dealer... I don't know if it's better with out parachutes system. when I turn on the Inspire 2 on a table, the camera is aligned, if I move the drone a bit, the camera loses its alignment and goes to the left and never returns to the center. Can this effect induce a rotation on itself and then a toilet bowl?

I am facing same issue
