Crashed my spark into tree branches after many hours of successful flights since in the 11 months I've had it. Got the refresh, kicking myself originally as I was so careful and never got into any real scrapes so thought I had wasted my money.
Now I need to claim and can't read I'm struggling to get the mobile page from the UK

To accept my serial number, my qr code is partially worn away too...

Hard to interpret which is O and which is 0 maybe?

Serials dont have  O's, just 0 (zeros). Usually. Because of possible confusion
