I did a search and I see that this is a common problem going back to 2016 that never seems to be fully resolved at DJI's level.  Figure I'll throw my hat in the ring now that it's happened to me....

Flying an Inspire 1 Pro using DJI GO version 3.1.43 on an older LG G Pad 7.0 LTE tablet.  I've had no issues with flight data syncing until this week.

Tried rebooting device.
Tried logging out of DJI GO app and logging back in.
Tried using both wi-fi and cellular data networks.
Tried changing length of time for data sync (1 month, 6 months, etc).
Tried deleting older, possibly suspect log entries.

DID NOT TRY deleting and reinstalling the app because I do not want to lose the telemetry log for this most recent mission.

Copied below is the most recent SyncResult log.  Any help from DJI reps would be most appreciated!

UPDATE:  After two days of unsuccessful attempts, I tried again this morning and my flights from this past weekend synced but not the ones from about a month and a half ago.  This type of erratic sync behavior is well-documented and really needs to be fixed.  Fortunately, I got the flights synced this morning that I really needed so it's less of an emergency for me at the moment.  But this cannot keep happening.

Another interesting data point for this ongoing sync problem:  I just realized that my Flight Distance and Level here on the forums is also not reflective of the actual data in the DJI GO app.  I'm at roughly 300,000 for Flight Distance in the app and Level 19, I think.  And, yes, I've done all the usual login/logout, clear browser cache, uninstall/reinstall app, etc, etc.

DJI, you have some work to do getting all your systems to properly talk to one another.

I've been having the same issue for the last two plus weeks. I have flights that I'm unable to sync. Deleted old flights that were synced. My issues started roughly two days after your first post. We noticed the app wasn't update, so we did that and still no luck. Tried different wifi in our building - company and guest...that didn't work either. I'm not sure what to do as we're required to log all of our flight data.

Given the sheer number of complaints about both these issues (sync issues and forum profile not updating with accurate info), I'm guessing DJI doesn't really care about it too much.  Sales are more important than actual overall user experience....
