I really, really need a zoom lens for stills, but lack the big bucks for DJI rigs.

Is it posible to replace the stock gimbal and camera with the X3 gimbal and camera from an OSMO+
and make it respond in a reasonable manner to DJI GO or litchee, etc?

Anyone done it?

Did you look at the Mavic 2 Zoom? Maybe that could fill your needs.

With proper skills it may be possible, but no. Just too much hassle involved.
