Hi,
I've been using Inspire 1.0 with x3 camera for a few years. Last week I have noticed that strange niose has appeared in the image. It is very visible in dark areas of the video. Till last week, the video signal was clear  - without such strong noise. What may cause it?

Thanks.

White noise may occur randomly when the light is significantly stronger than the noise. However in extreme scenes where the light is very low or when a high amplification is needed noise levels can become significant and result in pixels in the photos that include more noise data than real photo light data. Those pixels usually appear as random dots or stains on the photo/footage (for example white dots scattered randomly on the photo). This may also be exacerbated by very slow shutter speeds.
Try to use the 180 rule by keeping your SS double your FR (use ND filters with the X3 to help maintain that) and keep the ISO as close to 100 as possible but even this may not be enough when recording black/shadow areas in bright sunlight conditions given the size of the X3 sensor. The age of your drone and camera may also be an influence of course.
