DJI Go 4 closes when using matrice 210 rtk

Hello,

I do not know if it's normal, and I do not know if it's from the last update. But when I use my M210RTK with a single camera (Z30 or XT2), and I try to open DJI Go 4, it tells me with a message that for a dual gimbal I should use the DJI Pilot application.

This is correct? Is there no possibility of using DJI go 4 with a single camera in the dual gimbal support?

For clarification, I always put the camera in port I of the gimbal, and all the firmware is updated.

Just thinking out loud but have you tried a factory reset and then trying GO  4 again?

Hi David, sorry to read your post, please try to reinstall the App and check whether the issue remains. Also, if this appears when connecting Z30 as well, please kindly provide us with the issue video, the type and OS of the mobile device, the version number of DJI GO 4, aircraft and controller, we'd like to check the exact status, thanks so much!

With M210RTK, cendence, crystalsky...dual gimbal with only X5s in slot 1 BOTH apps work without problems for me. I did get the disconnected message but restarting solved that.

Using only the Z30 or XT on the M210/M210RTK, port 2 has to be connected (see manual) and you can use DJI Go4 without any problem.
Using two gimbals, port 1 and 2 connected, you must use de DJI Pilot app.

I have the exactly same as  M210RTK, cendence, crystalsky...dual gimbal with only X5s in slot 1.
But I don't know how to setup target tracking mode in respect of camera focus instead of drone motion.
I wonder if you use the target tracking on the camera X5S.

When I turn on the M210RTK and the  cendence & crystalsky, I guess the default app would be DJI Pilot.
Am I right?
In that case, I don't know how to change from DJI Pilot to DJI GO 4.
