Does any one know if I can use an iPad mini with the Phantom 4 Pro V2.0 R/C controller and will that set up allow me to use GS Pro, or do I need an Android device to to hook up to the R/C controller?  Thanks

Hi there, thank you for reaching out. Regarding your question, Yes you'll need to use an IOS device since GS Pro is only available for IOS only and for clarification what Ipad Mini do you have?

I don't have an iPad mini yet.  I want to be able to use GS Pro with the Phantom Pro V2.0.  If I buy the R/C version and use an iPad mini, will I be able to do that and if so what version of the iPad mini is compatible with it?

Yes, you can connect an Apple device to the Phantom 4 Pro V2 remote controller (as long as you don't have the + remote controller with built-in the screen).

It needs to be a Mini 4.   If you want to step up a size the latest 9.7 inch is the largest that fits in the stock holder and it has the next generation processor compared to the mini.

Thanks for clearing that up.

I want to buy a Phantom 4 Pro 2.0 but the onlyone available at DJI stores in Argentina has the screen in the controller. And i need to connect an ipad to set up a micasense camera. It is not possible if the RC has a screen right? Thanks

I hear the Smart Controller will soon get an update that will make it work on the Phantom 4 Pro V2.0
