So for this project we used both our Mavic Air and Our Mavic Pro 1 as our aerial filming platforms shooting both stills and video footage. This video was completed using Final Cut ProX and for the photographic stills, Adobe Photoshop CS5.
Mount Mellerary Abbey is a Benedictine Monastic Community of Cistercian Trapest Monks and situated on the slopes of the Knockmealdown Mountains. It was founded in 1833 and now has just 7 Monks left to run and manage the vast estate. All visitors are made very welcome throughout the year. As this is a place of both pilgramage and worship we flew our missions so as not to interfer or cause distraction around the prayer schedules and with kind permission from the Abbot.
