The first pic was before the updated  an the second one is after update camera just loos blurry even on my phone i have a galaxy s8 plus i dont know whats wrong all i know is that it dont look correct the pic should be as crisp as possible t was the dsy i purchased what do i need to do im just about to downgrade the firmware

Less light in the bottom image. Did you check your settings? Did you focus your shot? Less light, with the same settings, could cause motion blur.
Not likely that it is the firmware causing this.

Low shutter speeds create more motion blur which can make stills look too soft and out of focus. Use a bit more ISO to increase the shutter speed and balance it out with the aperture to control the noise.

Don't downgrade you firmware. This has nothing to do with your firmware version. Shooting long-exposure is difficult with a drone since it is almost never completely still. You need to find a good balance between ISO-value and shutter speed. Not sure which Mavic version use are using but if you use the M2P then lower down your aperture as well.
The auto-focus will also struggle in low light conditions. Seems like your focus is a bit different between the two photos. Keep shooting and you'll get a hang of low light photography :-).

Try +1 only for sharpness in Style (leave rest alone) and make sure you're focusing.

Apples and Oranges.  With update, uou need to re-take the first photo under same conditions with same settings.  Then compare.
