After checking out my Windows Event Logs, I noticed that there was an MS ID 1002 event each time the DJI Assistant Update failed around 66%.

Any update or fix for this? I am experiencing the same problem trying to refresh the firmware through dji assistant 2 for phantom.  

I updated the firmware initially via the controller and ipad.  After which my gimbal stopped working ( moved during startup then would move sporadically during flight. Now after resetting to factory default settings its limp after startup) I figured refreshing the firmware might help but it fails at the same 66% mark with the same error code

Did you ever get a resolution for this?

I am in the same boat - unresponsive gimbal after flying a while, can't upgrade to v01.00.5200 nor can I downgrade successfully. Upgrade fails at 72% after reboot of the drone. I am seeing the same DHCP issues from the NDIS Network device.

Just updated the P4P firmware and I get an Aeroscope menu?

After the update, where can I find the remote ID serial number at?

Is remote id on phantom 4 performed via wifi broadcast? Drone Scanner on iOS can only see bluetooth 4 messages--is that why I can't see it transmitting?


There should be a menu to configure remote id, since people need to be able to set their license, at least in the EU. Where is the menu?

I've been flying Phantoms for years and now, with this new update they've taken away the "Pull Back" to go up, and "Push forward" to go down. Why DJI? Why did you do this? They've messed up the custom stick just like on the Mini 4 Pro. FIX THIS!!!!!!

Hi there. After the V2.0.17 version was released, the iPad GS Pro entered its product maintenance phase, and there will be no new features to be launched in the future, nor will it be adapted to new aircraft models or iPads, but the existing functions will remain normal. Do you plan to remove this inconvenience? -  "DO NOT update to this firmware version if the GS Pro app is being used with the aircraft. Otherwise, the aircraft cannot be used."

You need to have a GPS signal (meaning outside) to see it.

The FAA approved this firmware's remote id feature a few days after the release:

Connection Problem
Samsung Galaxy S22 ultra - P4Pv2


I am totally unable to connect my P4P v2 (latest firmware) at DJI GO 4 App (v4.3.60) running on my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra (EU / Android 14).
Had everything updated - tried everything I can think.
Never had this problem on Samsung S9+ and S20+ (EU models with older android versions).


I've read topics regarding same issues.. At the end of the day, is there a solution..?
Not sure if it is the Exynos chip, the Android 14 or something else, BUT I expect DJI to solve this issue.
After all, DJI is considered to be one of the most prestigious drone manufacturers.

Finally, yes I have kept my S20+ but it doesn't have it's own a SIM card wich makes it almost impossible to get GPS signal.
As you understand, buying an extra connection (SIM card), just to operate my P4Pv2 in a 4 years old mobile, is not a logical solution.
