So i was watching a movie on my goggles lastnight and all of a sudden the picture went fuzzy on both sides of the goggles and the right side went black. Left side works fine, but the right side stays black after multiple reboots and power cycles. Anyone have this issue before or have any ideas on how to fix this? could it be a software issue? Any help is appriciated. Thanks

Hi there, our apologies for the inconvenience. May I know what  model of DJI  goggles, current firmware and the resolution of the video that you are watching? You can restore the settings to factory defaults and update the firmware using DJI Assitant 2. For DJI Goggles, you can download the software here: https://www.dji.com/dji-goggles/info#downloads. It’s not just when I watch a video, even after power off and back on the right side shows red lines without a picture and never shows anything else.

I downgraded to v01.03.0600 with no help in the issue.
