My Mavic Pro 2 stops recording at 7:03 seconds and starts a new segment. I updated the firmaware, re-formatted SD card, purchased high speed san disk 10 128 gband re-set factory settting. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Videos will always be split at 4 GB. There is no way to prevent that from happening. You'll need to join them together with a video editing application.

Hi there, just as msinger mentioned in 2#, the video will be spilt at 4GB as the maximum file size of FAT32 is 4GB. Hence, a file that is larger than or equal to 4GB will be divided, otherwise, the file may be lost or abnormal and cannot be read. Though exFAT allows larger file size, the larger file may be damaged due to abnormal power-off and SD card removal, or even cannot be recovered. So the storage of the camera is 4GB regardless of the file systems. Hope this helps.
