So i finally got the authorization for flying above the Lighthouse of La Coubre and i have to say i'm quite happy with the results.
I was very lucky having these beautiful sunset 2 days in a row. Little 'fun fact' is that i sadly discovered on day 2 that i left my SD card at home (2 hours away from the shooting place). By chance the responsible of the lighthouse could lend me one but when using it.. it was OK for pictures, but video recording was stopping itself each time around 10/20 seconds !!! (poor SD card i guess). But at the end, i could find another SD card i forgot that i had and that i could finally use. So my advice is : do always have a spair SD card ! Surely most of you advanced users already know this, but i'm still learning ^^
I really hope you will enjoy watching as much as i enjoyed shooting and editing. I must say btw that the great Alexander Nakarada's music i used definitely helped improving the final result (at least in my opinion).
I will also share some pics in reply of this thread just below.
Now just a bit of history regarding the Lighthouse FWIW :
The lighthouse of La Coubre is the highest lighthouse on Charente's coast (64 meters) and its stairs (designed by famous Gustave Eiffel) has 300 steps. It was built in 1905 and had a complete new paint in 2016. Its lamp has a range of 28 nautic miles (32 miles / 52 kilometers).

The video was exquisite.
Scenery was beautiful and you did an amazing job capturing the Sunset.
Many Thanks B1houdini, the light was really beautiful and i actually realised this more when viewing and editing the footages than when capturing directly. Certainly i was too much focused on controlling the beast and also the phone screen didn't help really appreciating. But i was happily surprised with my shots when reviewing them on larger screen
