In between trying to master some postprocessing video software as recommended by some friends here and trying to master drone videography I decided to bite the bullet and use the low-end MM to produce my first "morning" video.

Not even knowing how to make the music "fit" the video length I searched for the "correct" length to add to my "creation".

Anyways all that aside I hope that some can like the video

Thank you for taking the time to comment.  Look on Google Earth for Pringle Bay, South Africa. It is across False Bay from Cape Point.

The comment about "nice and wild" is very much more appropriate than you may have thought.  We have weather that change on the minute.  After some very heavy wind (+80km/h) and rain last night the sea was "stormy" whilst the wind was marginal for drone flying. I could see the waves (as in the video) breaking from a distance of nearly 1.5km from my home, I drove down to the beach and flew another 1.3km out over water to capture this video.

Yes i googled it , nice area you live.
I believe its called false bay , because the ships in the past went around the cape and thought they were around and set course the correct way but then they discovered it was a dead-end.
Maybe it an idea the fly your drone to the whales when they are there near the beaches.

Was once in the kelders in gansbaai and did the white sharktrip. Which i had a drone then . Would like to fly around these creatures.

Ha ha ha Yes.

However I did not want to lose the craft I really am happy with that particular "event" as I was actually planning on trying to fly between the first two rocks at about 00:36. Luckily "common sense" prevailed and I flew over it

Though these craft are used to do "aerial" photography I`m trying to develop where I can come in between "real" areal and "to tall" to "walk".  I`m busy with one called "Amongst the Rocks".

Dit zijn gewoon fantastische fotos. Lijkt wel of je voor de national geografic werkt. Als ik n keer in de buurt ben kunnen even samen gaan dronen

Kind sir, if it was not for some guidance from you this would most probably have taken much longer or maybe even never. People should be complimenting you!!!

I`m still trying to understand DaVinci Resolve.  I`ll get there.

The music was the only music that I could find that was the same length than my edited video

Just came back from depleting nearly 5 batteries.  Really "daring" flying during which time the signal between the RC and the Craft were lost quite a few times.  Fortunately no mishaps and the craft would always have been recoverable, with great physical effort climbing mountains though

I was trying to get a more "daring" and "different" perspective.  This did bring out one or two "oh no ..." moments but in the end it seems as if I did reach my goal.

(playing Red Dead Redemtion 2  (game) on my son,s Playstation 4.....har de har har.......... he is a bit angry with me at the moment, as he do not get a chance to touch the remote.......
